Spy Cameras In The Office, How A Hidden Eye Can Be A Helping Hand For Staff — Part 1
Looking to put surveillance equipment into the office? You’re paranoid about something happening to your firm, right? Here are three ways that spy surveillance cameras could actually help your staff lift their performance and the company increase efficiency. This is part one of a two-part blog.
If you took the average business surveillance equipment customer you? find that they were either paranoid or lecherous right? They’re just using their spy camera in ways to hurt their employees.
Wrong.
In fact there are at least three ways that we could think of how spy cameras and mini hidden surveillance cameras can be a boon to your staff members, not just you.
When the average person, thinks about how surveillance equipment and spy gadgets are used they think that the purchasers of spy surveillance gear and surveillance tools can be classified in two ways:

- Lecherous peeping Toms or Janes who are just excited about seeing things they shouldn’t.
- Paranoid people convinced that someone is stealing their money, stationary, customers or even company and they want the evidence to nail them.

And while there is occasionally unethical behavior by staff which can potentially harm the company the uses of surveillance equipment is not always defensive and can be used to positive ends.
Spy gadgets, especially China wholesale electronic gadgets, make excellent human resource management tools too.
So for all you human resource managers and managers who pride yourselves on being ethical staff-friendly beings it’s off to the spy stores and spy shops for you. It’s time to check out some spy stuff to help your staff and company perform in the best way it possibly can.
So what are the unknown uses of spy cameras?
Keeping a record of recruitment and exit interviews.
The recruiting process can be intimidating for the best of us and potentially good employees may be lost in the wash because they are perhaps a little shy and would be intimidated about being caught on film/stared down by three different people.
This is not to say a record of the interview is not a useful tool when narrowing down candidates for a particular position at a later stage. Also means don’t need to write down anything which can be an intimidating sight for candidates.

The interview process can be nerve-wracking for the subject at the best of times and one where that person has to face two or three people or one person with a visible video camera may be enough to push their composure right out the window.
Hidden Spy cameras allow you to do your recording secretly without alarming the candidates, but also giving you the luxury of going over footage and comparing them to other candidates.
Not all covert video cameras are suited to this purpose with wall mounted or CCTV cameras being too inflexible for this purpose. Essentially you are looking for spy gear that can be moved around easily and make it easy for you to retrieve the interview footage later.
Better spy gear for this purpose is a small, movable hidden spy camera like a button spy camera, spy pen or spy gadgets like Chinavasion’s new Calculator Videocamera.
Spy gadgets that can be moved around like the Calculator Videocamera make excellent tools to prevent potentially nervous applicants from getting flustered.
That’s to say that a wireless pinhole camera is not only a useful tool for entry interviews… they also play a part in exit interviews as well. When people move on to other roles in other companies they are at their most candid about problems they see within the firm.
They aren’t going to open up if they see a camcorder, webcam or handheld video camera in plain view. And they aren’t going to be as honest if they see you writing things down.

Spy equipment can make great tools when it comes to drawing all the information you can out of employees leaving the company.
Recording comments with WiFi spy cameras, or wireless cameras are a great way around this and when it’s a spy gadget disguised as something else you can even take them out for a meal/drink and record their conversation without any suspicion.
