When Does CNY End?
The Chinese New Year holiday ends on 9th February, after which full staffing will be resumed.

When Will Normal Service Be Resumed?
From working days beginning 16th February we expect to offer customers the normal level of service, i.e. your order will always be shipped out within one working day after you placed the order.
The Chinese New Year is fast approaching and this year is the year of the rabbit!
According to history, people born in the Year of the Rabbit are articulate, talented, and ambitious. They are virtuous, reserved, and have excellent taste. Rabbit people are admired, trusted, and are often financially lucky. They are fond of gossip but are tactful and generally kind.
Rabbit people seldom lose their temper. They are clever at business and being conscientious, never back out of a contract. They would make good gamblers for they have the uncanny gift of choosing the right thing. However, they seldom gamble, as they are conservative and wise.
If you’re a rabbit I wonder if this describes you?
Chinese New Year is traditionally a difficult time for travelers and exporters alike.
That’s because everybody in China will be downing tools on the 1st of February (if they had not done so beforehand) to spend a week with their friends and families in their home town in one of China’s two ‘golden’ weeks. Everybody will be back and work and things will (hopefully) return back to normal by February 9th.
What it essentially ads up to for people shipping products out of China are late shipments and the inability to get stock during that period, or indeed some days after.
Chinavasion staff will be also heading back to their home towns during the public holiday and, while some selfless people are staying behind to help customers with their questions there won’t be anything shipped out from January 29th to February 9th.
On February the 10th Chinavasion, and more importantly the people at the courier companies will be coming back to work.
