It’s been a hive of activity as ever at Chinavasion this week. Most notable have been two cracking blogs.

Our eBay wizard Jing Zhang showed the world what not to do when selling on eBay with his blog: You’re Doing It Wrong! 10 Ways To Lose Money On eBay (Part 1).

Our resident tech guru Michael Wong also walked you through the installation of Skype on your El Portal Windows Mobile 6.5 Smartphone in his blog: The El Portal Cell Phone: Installing Skype.

Here are some of the questions we’ve been asked recently:

What are all the ways that I can get in contact with Chinavasion?

Here at Chinavasion we are very active online and can be reached in a number of networks.

Here are some of the ways you can talk to us:

Is there some way that I can keep an eye on my order status through my account dashboard?

Indeed, it is completely possible to watch the order at every step of the way from inside your Chinavasion account.

All you need to do is to log into your Chinavasion account and you will be able to see the progress of your last ten orders:

Why can I no longer choose Airmail as a delivery option for South Africa?

Due to recent delivery issues in South Africa with Airmail (Hong Kong post), unfortunately we cannot offer that shipping method anymore in order to ensure that you get your package in time. We recommend that you use a courier for a very fast and safe delivery.

What information should I include when I create a ticket for Chinavasion?

We’re always happy to help at Chinavasion, but in order to get the speediest answer possible and the most precise advice, please remember to include your product code and order number when you send the ticket.

You’ve always got the latest gadgets, what should I look out for in the future?

We’re really excited next week to have two extremely interesting products to launch.

The first is a spy camera with a difference.

You know how spy cameras hidden in cigarette packets work great right up to the point when someone asks for a cigarette? Well here’s one that’s slim and svelte enough to fit into any cigarette packet and let cigarettes be packed around it as well.

Talking of discreet, how would you like a watch phone that actually looked like a watch?

Intelligent Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Wireless IP Camera [CVOA-G182]
Oh look, it’s Wall-E’s indoor cousin.

To say the Intelligent Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Wireless IP Camera had created a little bit of interest would be the understatement of the year.

This robot vacuum is definitely an appliance with attitude!

  • Is it really that easy to use? Yes it is! Just like painting, preparation is the key to using this product properly.
  • So how do I prepare my vacuum cleaner? Simple, read the included detailed manual carefully, then it takes mere minutes to setup
  • Will the robot carpet cleaner work on all home flooring types? Yes, but long threaded, heavy shag carpet will be difficult for the CVOA-G182 since it is only raised 22mm from the ground.

For a bigger list of questions visit the Chinavasion FAQ page or to ask your own question leave a comment to this blog (provided you don’t mind the whole world knowing about it).

We’ll answer them here and, if they’re good enough we may even re-publish them in a future Friday FAQ.
