Friday FAQ’s, Copying Orders, Accessories And The Search By Customer Function

It’s been a busy couple of weeks at Chinavasion.

You’ll remember that last Friday was the launch of our revamped account and checkout section of the site:

But without further ado lets look at some of the more common questions we saw this week.

I hear that I can use old orders to fill the cart for new ones how does that work?

Indeed, as we talked about in the blog China Discounts Chinavasion’s New Level Up Program For Resellers it is now possible for you to use the contents from an old order to make a new one.

As long as you’re a bronze reseller you can use the copy to cart function just by going to the order you want to copy over in your order history, clicking on view and then clicking on ‘copy to cart’.

 

This means that you are now able to cut down the number of steps massively when placing orders and is sure to speed up your rise up the Chinavasion reseller ranks enormously.

 

I miss the function from the old account system which allowed me to search for customers by order number/customer name. Will you be bringing it back as a function?

Our overhaul is a long way from complete and there are a number of bugs that we haven’t shaken out of the system. We hope to be bringing more search options to resellers in the my account section of the site in the near future.

 

Will you sell accessories for your cell phones?

We are more than happy to help you customize your orders so you get the best service from us.

Back in November last year we looked at buying spare accessories but we will be gradually trying to make this easier.

Keep an eye on the cell phone accessories page because soon you will be able to buy extra batteries, SD cards, styluses and everything you need to keep customers happy and money rolling in.

 

I want to use EMS to send my items, can I do that with Chinavasion?

Yes, sending something with EMS is as easy as selecting it from the shipping options in the pop up shipping menu:

Mighty 3 Inch Touchscreen Cellphone with Projector [CVMA-M77] There were projectors and there were cell phones and never the twain did meet. Untill we released the Projector Phone that was.

And while the projector phone was very popular with our customers the Mighty separates the two functions for the same price… essentially giving you two gadgets for the price of one.

• How can I turn ON the projector?

  After you have connected the projector to the cellphone, long press the TV out button on the cell phone keypad.

• Does the cellphone need to be connected to the projector in order to display the image on the TV?

  No, you can connect the mobile phone directly to your TV with out having to connect it the project head.

• What is the recommended time for the use of the projector?

  As the projector uses LED technology, and due to its compact form factor size, heat is generated. The maximum time recommended for the projector being in use is maximum of 1 hour.

• Is it possible to project a display through the projector and still view the image on the TV screen?

  Yes, located at the rear of the projector, is a side switch with a USB logo on one side and a mobile phone logo on the other side, just slide the switch to the USB side and you will have double projection, emanating from the projector and the other displayed on your TV.
