    I only just read about air fryers this morning while going over a recipe on another site; it was built around using this device for a Japanese recipe in which the pork cutlets are normally fried. Thanks for providing some information on an appliance I hadn’t considered. I have a small kitchen so I’m limited as to what I can get. Also, I don’t do a lot of frying any longer. At any rate, this might be worth researching.
