If you’re a wholesale customer, especially if you’re a drop shipper then these statistics might be interesting for you. In this blog post we’re going to update you on our dispatch speed from the moment you place an order until it’s dispatched by logistics partners.

In the period 16 September – 15 October, we’ve succeed to improve our inventory forecast system and operations and therefore, there’s a lower chance that products go out of stock. We’ve also increased our overall inventory to make sure, you can focus on selling goods instead of being worried on products running out of stock or being dispatched too late. Below our October performance:

• Same Day: 40%
• Within 1 Day: 67%
• Within 2 Days: 78%
• Within 3 Days: 90%
• >3 Days: 10%*

Average shipping time:

1.58 days

PLEASE NOTE:

1. *Orders shipped after 3 days are mainly consisting of pre-order products which naturally are shipped later due to later stock availability. The expected shipping date is mentioned in the description of the product pages.
2. The above figures aren’t corrected for weekends. This means that weekend days are included in the figures, which will understate our performance. Our system report at the moment isn’t able to exclude weekend days.

Significant Improvement!

During the previous 30 days (16 August – 15 September) we still had a challenge fulfilling orders at the speed that we wish to achieve. During this period, we achieved a 78% dispatch performance within 3 days. Again do know that weekends and pre-order products are included in the figure, so the reality should be still much better than 78%. Anyways, we’re very glad to know that from 16 Sep – 15 Oct we’ve made a significant improvement.

However, we’re sure that there is still lots of room for further improvement. One way you can help us out is to give our customer support team a notice in advance when you want to place a bulk order or organizing a group deal. In such case, we can pre-stock more products for smoother order processing.
