5 Upcoming Games That Will Rock Your 2015
There are lots of things to get excited about this summer, and staying home alone with a gaming console may not seem to be one of them at first sight – that is, until you know what games you may be playing. Here they are, the best upcoming games of 2015.
Playdead, the creators of Limbo, are releasing a new game scheduled for the first half of 2015. If you are not yet familiar with their first creation, we have mentioned their game, Limbo, in our post on 5 Beautifully Dark Games For Android.
Following the same intriguingly dark tradition, Inside promises similar style with more action. Not much is known about the plot of the game. What we do know is that it will be about a boy, dealing with some scary stuff and trying to escape from…somewhere. Watch the trailer and maybe you’ll be able to tell us more.
Can Good conquer Evil? With Fable Legends the result of this epic battle is entirely up to you. The coming game’s main characters are 4 heroes and 1 villain – and the rest is pretty clear. With a classic Warcraft style, mixing bits of violence, magic and fairytale, the game can be played online or in a single mode. The graphics look great, the plot creative and the characters mesmerizing. The game will be released some time into 2015, but the hopeful and the intrigued may still have a chance to get invited to test out the Beta version.
Halo is by no means a new game, but yet the one that has gathered a loyal following who await every game release even more than the never before seen creations. What will Halo 5 offer? According to the authors, the plot will be thickened, the combat brutalized and the graphics enhanced. The game is a late bloomer and the release is officially scheduled for October 17th with pre-ordering already available. If you just can’t wait for autumn, feel free to watch the trailer below to satisfy your curiosity.
Batman Arkham Night
Superhero games usually don’t need a special introduction, especially when it comes to a superhero like Batman. Rocksteady Studios and Warner Brothers got together for this one and are aiming to release the action-adventure game Batman Arkham Night (the successor of Batman Arkham: Origins) on June 23rd. The plot will follow a typical path of the dark superhero (Batman) battling a deranged villain (Scarecrow) to save Gotham city from imminent doom.
Heroes Of The Storm
If all of the above games seem like too long to wait for – here’s the one that’s coming really soon. With official release scheduled for June 2nd, 2015. The game was developed by Blizzard for Windows and OS, so, unlike with the previous games, you won’t have to be a proud owner of an Xbox or Playstation. The game itself is an online multiplayer arena and is already available in Beta. Check out the trailer below!
