Google have announced that the awaited update of Android 5.1 Lollipop is now here so let’s take a look at what they have added.
This update to the Android lollipop addresses some issues experienced with 5.0 version but also brings a few tweaks and a scattering of new features to improve the experience for users such as support for multiple SIM cards, Device protection and HD voice with compatible phones.
With better security for lost or stolen phones you can now keep your data even safer as even if the phone is factory reset it will still require you to log in with the original Google account. This will feature on most android phones and tablets shipped with Android 5.1 as well as the Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 devices.
High Definition calling is now available on supported devices so you can get a better call experiences between devices on running Android 5.1. There are also some adjustments to the quick menu settings that make joining Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connectivity even easier without the need to open additional menus.
