HTC One M9 Unveiled at the Mobile World Conference

Being showcased at the Mobile World Congress this week was is the HTC One M9 as well as the Samsung Galaxy S6 and a host of rival Chinese Brands.  Lets take a closer look at this latest offering from HTC to see where they found room to improve upon the M8.

The HTC One M9 certainly has a lot to live up to as its processor used in the M8 was one of the fastest phones around and still holds up respectable against many newer models. It was also blessed with good looks which the M9 emulates and with a high end Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and 3GB of RAM it’s expected to be lightening quickly.

One big question will be if this processor and setup can outperform the much hyped Samsung Galaxy S6 that makes use of an Exynos processor, so it will be interesting to see how they compare in performance.

You get a 20MP camera that should deliver top quality images and with a 2800mAh battery and some nice power saving functions you get a better usage time that the M8 so there are upgrades all round on this latest offering.

Whether it can edge out the new Samsung Galaxy 6 is yet to be seen but on paper this device looks very desirable if you can afford it. If not why not check some of the phones Chinavasion has to offer, like the Monster R8 and Copper i7 from SISWOO or perhaps the ZTE Blade S6 or Meizu range, which all offer stunning specs for considerably less.
