Drugs Smugglers Use Drones To Cross Mexican-US Border

A drone recently crashed at the Mexican border near the city of Tijuana with attached a packet of drugs. The packets together contained three pounds of methamphetamine, the police reported Wednesday in Tijuana.

While there are many ways to use drones, this is definitely a new one. According to the Mexican authorities to try drug dealers more often with drones to get drugs across the border. Due to tighter security, drug smugglers are constantly looking into new ways to importing to the US.

“The owner of the unmanned aircraft was not found.” Well this is probably the biggest benefit of using drones.
