There’s a problem with one of my products, If I put a video on YouTube showing the problem can I get a refund?

To make sure all refunds and replacements are dealt with smoothly we have established one channel to deal with returns, our internal ticket system .

To get videos and pictures to us you can either use the services provided by private video hosting sites like screencast.com and getdropbox.com or email the zipped file to us via chinavasion.com@gmail.com

While video and pictures of the fault do help us with problem diagnosis and speed up problem resolution we aren’t able to keep an eye on YouTube and, as a result, it can be some time before we can see your video and help you with the video.

Which walkie talkie units should I use if I live in Australia EU models or USA models?

While technically both will work we recommend EU devices for Australia market.

Can I repair the products locally, in my own country?

When you start out selling electronics online it is likely that you won’t have the experience or resources to repair items yourself so we recommend sending them back to China for store credits or repair.

After you gradually build up your business, you can then consider buying parts and train your own personnel for repair.

However, one thing to remember is that repairing and opening the product locally will invalidate the Chinavasion warranty so should be a decision that you enter in very cautiously.
