The device combines a GPS tracker and activity monitor, which includes ambient air temperature sensor so you can check exactly where your pet is, inside or out and ensure they aren’t overheating.

It’s an improvement over the first generation pet trackers and to ensure that it withstands the wear and tear your pet will put it though it has got an IP67 waterproof rating as well as being knock proof. The device weighs just 1.3oz or about 37 grams and is designed for pets over 10KG but can be used on smaller pets by using a harness to hold it on the back between the animal’s shoulder blades rather than mount it on their collar. With a battery life of between 7 to 14 days and the ability to set ‘home boundaries’ in the GPS system you can receive alerts via a phone app if your pet strays to far making sure you can get to them before they get themselves in trouble.

With a built in activity tracker you’re able to set exercise goals and monitor your pets movements so as to make sure they are getting enough exercise to keep them healthy and prevent them from becoming obese or overweight like 54% of US household pets.

There is even planned integration to the Alarm.com system that will enable you to add automation systems when using the Alarm.com system. This will let you monitor Fido or Kitty with your home surveillance cameras as well as control smart locks and set customer door codes for pet sitters as well as having alerts sent to you when they have come and gone or if they don’t arrive on time.
