Android Phone Watches: Fashionable?
Smart watches are appearing everywhere now such as on the news, so they have become the latest craze. However, I am still to be convince as I found smart phones more practical so there must be some interest as now South Korean tech firms LG and Samsung have announced more smartwatches are coming. Even Apple is getting in on the craze as they hope to release the iWatch. People claim the new designs by Samsung and LG are to bring a more fashionable appearance to the smartwatches enabling people to wear them with stylish outfits and not look out of place.
Samsung new Gear S will feature a curved screen, while LG’s G Watch R will boast a more classic watch design. Apple’s iWatch should hopefully be making its debut on the 9th September, so more than likely next year.
As smartwatches still haven’t dominated society, designs are appearing in all different shapes and sizes therefore at the moment there is currently no winning formula for creating the perfect smart watch, especially when it comes to designs. With the forthcoming IFA conference approaching, rumours are that smartwatches will be center of attention.
Samsung is really doing whatever they can to make them stand out from the crowd by using a curved screen, their own operating system as well as now incorporating a SIM card slot so it can be used as a standalone device.
Critics claim that no matter what, smart phone watches will still look ‘ugly’ and will never be fashionable.
Chinavasion begs to differ and has a vast range of smart phone watches that look the part and also act the part. Take a look here.
