The ‘Marbel Board’ Electric Skateboard offers an Alternative Way to Travel

There is a rapidly growing number of electric modes of transportation, the car, the bike and more recently the Uni-Wheel which is a gyroscopic self balancing electric unicycle. Well now there are also electric skateboards such as the Marbel Board.

The Marbel Board is another form of electric transportation that like the Uni-Wheel is designed to let you weave through traffic so you can complete your commute with ease.

Like the Uni-Wheel which recently went on sale on our Chinavasion webpage the Marbel Board is designed to help you get around short distances with reasonable speed and ease but also avoid the congestion which is so typical in our daily commutes.

This electric skateboard has 4 wheels so it’s easy to use and can be controlled via a remote control. It’s also fairly light at just 9 lbs and can travel up to 20 miles per hour with a range of about 10 miles so it can easily complete most short commutes or trips to the shop on just one charge.

It’s made out of kevlar and carbon fiber which makes it a little expensive at over $1000 but I suspect once production gets going those prices will come down.
