A Plane Without Windows Lets You See Outside Without Actually Seeing Outside

Paris-based design agency Technicon Design has released a concept for a windowless plane that would give passengers high-Res panoramic views.

The airplane would have cameras mounted on the wings to capture a full 360 degree view, and then project that on the inside of the cabin walls and ceilings which are covered by flexible screens.

Besides, it could also let passengers pick any panoramic view to be displayed. So as you fly, you can adjust the theme and change to any scene you want: a 360-degree view of Paris, a lush rainforest or even a trip in space etc.

According to Technicon, removing windows has its engineering advantages. It would reduce the weight of the aircraft, thus lower fuel and maintenance costs.
