Ritot: The First Projection Smartwatch
Called Ritot, The watch was designed by Ukrainian-based Michael Medvid. It syncs with a smartphone via Bluetooth and can display notifications and the time on the back of the wearer’s hand by shaking the wrist.
Once connected with smartphones, the watch beams the time, incoming calls, emails and notifications from Twitter and Facebook posts and more. It will vibrate when notifications are received, and it comes with a built-in alarm. To dismiss the notifications, users can shake the bracelet or it will disappear in 10 seconds automatically.
Ritot will be available in two models: a unisex bracelet(comes in four sizes and four colors: white, black, brown-gold and black-gold) and a sports band(black, white, red, green, blue and yellow). Both are $120 and the company will start shipping them to buyers by February next year.
Although the company has yet to display a working prototype, we can see the huge demand for the technology via the $750,000+ fund on the Indiegogo campaign.
