I have one of these and loved it for a month. Then the second time I connected the USB cable for data I got a message from Windows about reformatting the drive. I said no and tried reconnecting again and the CEros completely died. You cant disconnect the battery, and I tried the combinations of on up down to got to recovery mode but nothing works and there doesn’t seem to be much instruction out there on the web.
PS I used a BlackBerry USB cable not the CEros one – if thats wrong I’d like to know why.
There’s a reset button in and around where the sim cards go.
