Alibaba’s Tmall Set to Overtake Amazon by 2015

According to the study of Euromonitor International that Alibaba’s Tmall, one of the most popular online B2C sites in China, is about to topple amazon in revenue by 2015 to become the biggest ecommerce business worldwide. The study also shows that Tmall will hit 120bn by 2017 while amazon will reach around 100bn by then.

And Euromonitor also predicts that due to the huge user base, Tmall is going to develop a plan to further expand its business internationally, which will increase the revenue for the company for sure.
