“Instant” online calculator – Google calculator in search results

Google has extended the calculator function with a 34-button interface. Up to now when a user typed an equation, on the top of the search result page the math result was shown as text. From now on a scientific calculator appears. The calculator supports trigonometric functions, logs, powers, pi, Euler’s number and even factorials – all that you need from a calculator.

It’s accessible from all platforms, desktop, laptop, smart phones and tablets as well. It’s useful when no scientific calculator app is installed on the device and you urgently need one. To use this calculator only a web browser and internet connection is required.

Since Google search also works as a graphing calculator, this free, online solution beats most software calculators.
