New Function Added For Chinavasion Customers!

To make your Chinavasion experience more easy and friendly, we are now giving you even more options to manage your order by yourself!

We have a NEW FUNCTION that gives you possibility to cancel partially paid order and credit money back to your Chinavasion account. This process can be done by yourself without having to contact any Customer support!

In case you made order and paid for it using your Chinavasion credit, but your money isn’t sufficient enough to cover total order value, you have two options: 1) to pay additional money or 2) to cancel order.

In case if you wish to cancel your entire order, now you can choose the “Amend This Order” function. The “Amend this order” function will cause your order to be cancelled and the amount that you have already paid to Chinavasion to be credited to your Chinavasion account.

Once we have processed your “Amend This Order” request, products from your cancelled order will be copied to your shopping cart. You can reduce the quantity, change your shipping options and even switch to different products. You can then use the refunded credit to pay for your new order.

The entire process can be done with only a few clicks and no Customer Support assistant is required. Next time when you want to cancel your partially paid order, please use the “Amend This Order” button to help you cancel your old order and create a new one.
